Apple back in trouble with the logo copyright issue that is often used by other companies. This time the company asked the court held California Psystar product sales, because they are already selling operating systems like Apple’s creation.
“If not through the courts, parties have not stopped Psystar unauthorized acts. It breaks a business and the Apple brand,” said the Apple spokesperson.
Actually, Apple and Psystar have been at odds since July 2008 through the courts. Psystar accuses Apple violated 8 rights created, one of which sells software that Psystar is similar to Apple’s operating system, OS X. Apple also asked a number of fines in clause claims.
But the company is based in California, told Mac Magazine, Saturday (28/11/2009) fines will not be able to close the losses suffered by Apple’s Psystar caused it. Apple hopes the court prohibits the Psystar sells products similar to Apple products. In order to prevent other vendors are inspired to do the same thing.
