Microsoft’s Windows 7 to investigate battery Problems

Microsoft said it would investigate reports that go into them, the problem in Windows 7 that affect the consumer laptop battery.

“We were doing an investigation on this issue with hardware partners, including problems in its firmware,” wrote Microsoft’s statement, which write from the BBC, Wednesday (3/2/2010).

Warnings are also carried out to consumers to check their laptop battery, if there is a problem. Especially basic computer user input output system (BIOS).

“Surely we provide the latest information if there had been recent findings,” added Microsoft.

Previously, it was said there was a problem especially on a laptop battery that suddenly overheating, when the laptop runs with Windows 7.

It is important for Microsoft to maintain consumer confidence to Windows 7, because these operating systems provide benefits to the company, increase reached 60 percent.
